  • The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are available.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items by the customer
  • Products without original tags or packaging

4. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges based on:

  • Wrong product delivered

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank account (if applicable)

Refund processing time:

  • Typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refund on Sale Products: No

 


6. Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange pickup.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to the provided address.


7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

 


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear product images and unboxing video (if available).
